        We are looking for self-motivated, charismatic individuals that are not afraid of interacting with our customers, individuals who will have our customers' best interest at heart. You have to be willing to go that extra mile for the customer.
        Previous sales experience and knowledge of vehicles would be very helpful for those applying for this position.
        As the sales consultant, you will be the conduit between the consumer and Ford, so being aware of the products you are selling would be a plus.
